The Leadership Forum will take place at IMD. It will bring decision-makers from the scientific, economic, and political communities as well as the media together.
This forum is intended for company executives as well as senior managers that wish to discover the most innovative strategies in terms of sustainability, to understand future challenges in a prospective and visionary manner and to meet the thinkers and key players of the future Swiss economy.
The days are targeted to specific activity sectors as well as their complementary sectors.
Tuesday, May 28th will be dedicated to the luxury and finance sectors with many debates including:
- Tomorrow’s challenge: making the luxury goods economy a model for sustainability
- How to work towards an economic transition and what are the main actions to put in place during the next 5 years in Switzerland?
- How to finance the ecological economic transition in Switzerland?
Wednesday, May 29th will be dedicated to the resources, energy, climate and governance sectors with the following debates:
- What are today’s innovative solutions to make cities aware of and willing to address urban issues?
- Award a prize to nature: a bad “good“ idea?
- What models and priority challenges must be put in place to allow for the energy transition?
In addition to the debates, many company-specific examples and experiences will be shared.
To encourage discussions between the key sectors society, the “Stakeholder challengers” will interview speakers on the content of their presentations and raise questions relative to upcoming projects.
This « challenger » concept is designed to find common solutions and encourage new reflections on the basis of these exchanges.
