José-Luis Carrasco

After earning his BA in Environmental Engineering and a few years’ work experience in Bolivia, he obtained a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). Mr. Carrasco has worked for international organizations in Geneva (IISD, IUCN) on climate-related risk indicators, risk management and adaptation measures for developing countries. At the moment Mr. Carrasco is working as Director of Aquasis Solutions in Switzerland. He is responsible for managing the organization and its projects, coordinating operations, and project acquisition. He has studied and worked on four different continents, in Bolivia, Switzerland, India and Morocco.
